General terms and conditions of sale and cancellation

Important information

Bank details are only used to guarantee the reservation, no debit is made by the establishment during a direct reservation.
Payment for the reservation is made directly by the customer to the chosen hotel.
The bank card used for the reservation will be requested upon arrival.
For non-cancellable and non-refundable reservations and in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the entire reservation.

Practical information

We welcome you on the day of your arrival during the reception opening hours :

  • From 7:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays.
  • From 8:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays.
  • For an arrival in the afternoon and to find out the access arrangements, please contact the hotel concerned on the day of arrival, in the morning before 11:00.
  • For an arrival at night and to find out the access arrangements, please contact the hotel concerned on the day of arrival, in the morning before 11:00 or in the evening between 17:00 and 21:00.

Rooms are rented for periods of 24 hours, renewable for a maximum of 7 days, and in the time slot from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

At the end of the stay, the departure time is set at 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

Some hotels are subject to a local or municipal tax called "stay". This will be charged in addition per day and per person upon arrival.

Our animal friends are welcome at Quick Palace. However, their owners will have to pay a supplement of €4.00 per day and per animal. However, animals are not accepted in the breakfast room.

To cancel

Unless special conditions are specified when booking and in case of impediment, you can cancel free of charge no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Be sure to check in advance whether the reservation can be canceled, which is not the case for certain promotional offers, particularly those that are non-refundable.

Cancellation is made

  • By cancelling directly with the hotel during reception opening hours.
  • By cancelling with our central reservation (05 56 34 78 33 – centrale1.quickpalace@orange.fr) from Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

In the event that the reservation subject to a no-show is a non-cancellable and/or non-exchangeable and/or non-refundable reservation, the establishment will retain, as a deposit within the meaning of Articles 1590 of the Civil Code and L 214-1 of the Consumer Code in their current versions, the entire amount paid by the customer when making their reservation.

  • In the event that the reservation subject to a no-show is a cancellable and/or exchangeable and/or refundable reservation, guaranteed by a bank card, the establishment will debit the bank card provided when booking for the amount including tax of the first night booked without any other service. Additional nights (beyond the first night) will be cancelled free of charge. The customer is informed that in such a case, the establishment will put the reserved accommodation in question back on sale. The customer will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. At the time of prepayment of a non-cancellable / non-exchangeable / non-refundable reservation, the deposit amount that is debited includes the total amount indicated at the time of booking and, where applicable, the price of the options selected by the customer.
