We welcome you on the day of your arrival during reception opening hours :

  • From 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays.
  • From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for hotels in Tours, Le Mans, Lyon, Nantes, Montpellier and Vannes) on weekends and public holidays.
    • For arrivals in the afternoon and to find out about access arrangements, please contact the hotel concerned on the day of arrival, in the morning before 11:00 a.m.
    • For an arrival during the night and to find out the access arrangements, please contact the hotel concerned on the day of arrival, in the morning before 11:00 a.m. or in the evening between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Rooms are rented for 24-hour periods from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

  • Arrival time : 11:00 AM
  • Departure time : 11:00 AM

Some hotels are subject to a local or municipal tax called a “stay” tax. This will be charged in addition per day and per person upon arrival.

Our animal friends are welcome at Quick Palace. However, their owners will have to pay a supplement of €4.00 per day and per animal. However, animals are not allowed in the breakfast room.

To cancel

Unless special conditions are specified when booking and in case of impediment, you can cancel at the latest before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Be sure to check beforehand whether the reservation can be canceled, which is not the case for certain promotional offers, particularly those that are not refundable.

Cancellation is made :

  • by contacting the hotel directly during reception opening hours.
  • by contacting our Central Reservation (05 56 34 78 33) from Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Otherwise, any reservation not cancelled before 6:00 p.m. will result in the price of the first night being charged.

Important information

Bank details are only used to guarantee the reservation, no debit is made on the quickpalace.com website.

Payment for the reservation is made directly by the customer to the chosen hotel (concerning non-cancellable and non-refundable reservations and in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the entire reservation).

The bank card used for the reservation will be requested upon arrival.
